Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking, purchasing, or participating in any yoga session or wellness service offered by Sriram Yoga ("Service Provider"). By booking a session, making payment, signing a service agreement, or attending any class, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions.
For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions:
"Service Provider", "We", "Us", "Our" shall mean Sriram Yoga, its proprietor, partners (where applicable), employees, trainers, consultants, representatives, successors, and authorized affiliates.

"Trainer" means any yoga instructor, therapist, consultant, or wellness professional assigned by Sriram Yoga.
"Services" include but are not limited to:
Sriram Yoga provides yoga instruction and wellness guidance intended solely for general health, fitness, flexibility, mobility, relaxation, mindfulness, stress management, and overall well-being.
The Services provided by Sriram Yoga are educational and wellness-oriented in nature and shall not be interpreted as medical advice, physiotherapy, chiropractic treatment, psychological counseling, rehabilitation, or any other licensed healthcare service.
Participation in any Service does not establish any doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or hospital-patient relationship between the Client and Sriram Yoga.
The Client understands that yoga is a complementary wellness practice and is not a substitute for professional medical diagnosis, treatment, medication, surgery, emergency care, or ongoing healthcare management.
The Client confirms that:
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to refuse, suspend, postpone, or terminate services where it reasonably believes participation may be unsafe or inappropriate.
The Client expressly represents and warrants that:
The Client agrees that it is their sole responsibility to obtain medical clearance before commencing sessions if they:
Failure to obtain appropriate medical advice shall be entirely at the Client's own risk.
The Client shall fully disclose before the commencement of services:
The Client further agrees to immediately inform Sriram Yoga of any new diagnosis, injury, pregnancy-related complication, hospitalization, or significant change in health occurring during the validity of the package.
Failure to disclose relevant medical information shall constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and shall release Sriram Yoga, its trainers, employees, and affiliates from liability arising from such non-disclosure.
The Client agrees to:
The Client understands that ignoring safety instructions or attempting movements beyond their capability significantly increases the risk of injury and shall remain solely responsible for such actions.
The Client agrees to maintain respectful and professional behaviour toward all trainers and representatives of Sriram Yoga. The Client shall not:
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate services without refund where a Client's conduct threatens the safety, dignity, or well-being of any trainer or representative.
The Client acknowledges that yoga involves physical activity and, despite reasonable care and instruction, participation may involve inherent risks including muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, dizziness, fatigue, aggravation of existing conditions, or other unforeseen physical injuries.
The Client voluntarily assumes all known and unknown risks associated with participation and accepts full responsibility for their decision to engage in the Services. Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at the Client's own discretion.
The Client understands and agrees that:
Clients must continue regular consultation with their treating physician for all medical conditions.
The following terms apply exclusively to Clients enrolling in Prenatal Yoga sessions and form an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 Medical Clearance. The Client confirms that she has consulted her treating Obstetrician/Gynecologist and has been medically advised that participation in prenatal yoga is appropriate. Sriram Yoga reserves the right to request written medical clearance from the treating doctor before commencement or continuation of sessions, and may refuse, suspend, postpone, or discontinue services if medical clearance is unavailable or participation is considered unsafe.
10.2 Mandatory Pregnancy Disclosure. Before commencement of sessions, the Client shall disclose complete and accurate information including, but not limited to:
The Client shall immediately notify Sriram Yoga of any medical developments occurring during the validity of the package. Failure to disclose relevant medical information shall release Sriram Yoga from liability arising from such non-disclosure.
10.3 Scope of Prenatal Yoga. Prenatal Yoga is intended only to support general wellness during pregnancy through gentle movement, breathing techniques, relaxation, flexibility, posture improvement, pelvic mobility, and stress reduction, and shall not be interpreted as medical treatment or childbirth preparation guaranteeing any medical outcome.
10.4 No Medical Guarantee. Sriram Yoga makes no representation or warranty regarding normal vaginal delivery, avoidance of Caesarean section, pain-free or easier labour, prevention of miscarriage or premature birth or pregnancy complications, improvement of fetal position, fertility, pregnancy success, reduction of labour duration, or any other maternal or fetal outcome. Individual pregnancy outcomes vary and depend upon numerous medical factors beyond the control of Sriram Yoga.
10.5 Emergency Symptoms. The Client agrees to immediately discontinue practice and seek medical attention if experiencing vaginal bleeding, fluid leakage, severe abdominal pain, regular contractions, chest pain, breathlessness, severe dizziness, loss of consciousness, reduced fetal movement, severe swelling, vision disturbances, persistent headache, or any unusual symptom. The instructor may immediately terminate the session whenever such symptoms are observed.
10.6 Pregnancy Risks. The Client understands that pregnancy naturally carries medical risks independent of yoga practice. Participation is voluntary, and the Client assumes all risks associated with participation. Yoga and related physical activity carry an inherent risk of injury, strain, or discomfort. You voluntarily choose to participate and assume full responsibility for such risks, known or unknown. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Sriram Yoga, its instructors, and affiliates from claims, injuries, or damages — including any injury, health complication, or miscarriage — arising from your participation, except where directly caused by our proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Postnatal Yoga shall commence only after the Client has received approval from her treating doctor. The Client shall disclose delivery date, mode of delivery, Caesarean section details, episiotomy, diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, excessive bleeding, medical restrictions, and any post-delivery complications.
The Client understands that recovery timelines differ for every individual. Sriram Yoga does not guarantee weight loss, recovery speed, core healing, diastasis closure, pelvic floor recovery, hormonal balance, or any other medical improvement.
Therapeutic Yoga is intended solely to support general wellness. Clients seeking services for conditions including but not limited to back pain, cervical spondylosis, slip disc, sciatica, arthritis, PCOS, diabetes, thyroid disorders, hypertension, depression, anxiety, obesity, or knee pain acknowledge that yoga is not a substitute for medical treatment.
No guarantee is provided regarding pain relief, recovery, cure, reversal of disease, reduction in medication, or any specific therapeutic outcome. Clients shall continue treatment prescribed by their healthcare provider.
Senior Clients acknowledge that ageing naturally increases the risk of falls, balance impairment, bone fractures, muscle weakness, joint degeneration, and cardiovascular complications.
The Client shall immediately disclose the presence of a pacemaker, osteoporosis, recent fractures, joint replacement, heart disease, blood pressure disorders, neurological disorders, vertigo, or any mobility limitations. Sessions shall be modified according to the Client's capability, and the instructor reserves the right to discontinue any movement considered unsafe.
Online yoga sessions are conducted through video conferencing platforms. The Client acknowledges that internet connectivity is outside the control of Sriram Yoga, camera positioning affects posture correction, certain alignment errors may not be visible, and online sessions cannot provide physical assistance or manual correction.
The Client is solely responsible for a stable internet connection, device setup, camera placement, safe practice environment, appropriate flooring, and adequate lighting. Sriram Yoga shall not be responsible for injuries arising from inadequate visibility, technical failures, or unsafe practice environments.
For home sessions, the Client agrees to provide a clean environment, adequate ventilation, sufficient practice space, proper lighting, safe flooring, comfortable room temperature, and hazard-free surroundings. Children, pets, or other household disturbances should not interfere with the session.
The trainer may refuse to conduct a session if the environment is considered unsafe. Such refusal shall not constitute deficiency in service.
The assigned trainer shall conduct sessions professionally, demonstrate yoga techniques safely, modify practices according to disclosed health conditions, encourage safe participation, maintain client confidentiality, and conduct themselves respectfully.
The trainer shall not diagnose diseases, prescribe medication, recommend discontinuation of medical treatment, interpret laboratory reports, guarantee health outcomes, or provide emergency medical care.
The trainer shall not be responsible for injury, illness, pregnancy complications, or adverse outcomes arising from undisclosed medical conditions, failure to follow instructions, independent practice outside supervised sessions, unsafe home conditions, client negligence, ignoring medical advice, forceful execution of postures, participation despite pain or discomfort, or technical limitations during online sessions.
The Client acknowledges that the trainer's role is limited to providing yoga instruction and general wellness guidance only.
All bookings are subject to trainer availability and operational feasibility. A booking shall be deemed confirmed only after full advance payment has been received and successfully credited to Sriram Yoga, and confirmation has been communicated through an official communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, SMS, or Invoice).
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to decline any booking without assigning any reason where operational, safety, or other legitimate business considerations so require.
All fees shall be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Sessions shall commence only after payment confirmation. The Client shall not withhold, delay, or deduct payment on account of dissatisfaction unless expressly approved by Sriram Yoga.
All applicable taxes, government levies, or statutory charges shall be borne by the Client, as shall any bank charges, payment gateway charges, currency conversion charges, or transaction fees. Sriram Yoga reserves the right to revise its pricing at any time; revised pricing shall apply only to future bookings or package renewals.
Standard yoga sessions shall be approximately 45–60 minutes, unless otherwise specified. Session duration may vary depending upon the Client's medical condition, pregnancy stage, safety considerations, fatigue, medical advice, or emergency circumstances. Shorter sessions conducted for safety reasons shall be deemed completed sessions.
Every purchased package shall remain valid only for one (1) month from the date of purchase. Unused sessions shall automatically expire upon completion of the package validity period unless expressly extended in writing by Sriram Yoga. Expired sessions shall not be carried forward, transferred, converted into cash, or adjusted against future purchases. Extensions, if any, shall be granted solely at the discretion of Sriram Yoga.
The Client shall remain available at the scheduled time. A delay of more than fifteen (15) minutes without prior communication may be treated as a missed session. Repeated absence, non-responsiveness, or non-cooperation may result in cancellation of the remaining schedule without extension of package validity.
A minimum notice of 12 hours shall be required for rescheduling a session. A maximum of two (2) reschedules shall be permitted during each monthly package unless otherwise communicated by Sriram Yoga, and all rescheduling requests are subject to trainer availability.
Sessions cancelled without adequate notice shall be treated as completed sessions. In exceptional circumstances where Sriram Yoga reschedules a session due to trainer unavailability, the session shall be adjusted without affecting the Client's entitlement. Repeated rescheduling by the Client may affect trainer availability and continuity of service.
If the Client arrives late, the session shall conclude at the originally scheduled end time; lost time due to Client delay shall not be compensated or extended. If the trainer is delayed due to reasons within the control of Sriram Yoga, reasonable efforts shall be made to compensate the lost time where operationally feasible.
Trainers shall be assigned based on qualification, experience, availability, Client requirements, and operational feasibility. Sriram Yoga reserves the exclusive right to assign or reassign trainers whenever necessary. Trainer assignment shall not create any contractual relationship between the Client and the individual trainer.
Trainer change requests shall ordinarily be considered only after completion of the current package or billing cycle. Mid-package trainer change requests shall not ordinarily be entertained except in exceptional circumstances determined solely by Sriram Yoga.
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to replace a trainer due to leave, illness, resignation, relocation, operational requirements, safety concerns, or any circumstance beyond reasonable control. Trainer replacement shall not entitle the Client to any refund, compensation, or cancellation.
Yoga packages are strictly personal and non-transferable. Sessions may not be transferred, shared, assigned, gifted, exchanged, resold, or used by any other individual. Family members, relatives, friends, or third parties shall not be permitted to utilize sessions purchased by another Client. Violation of this policy may result in immediate cancellation of the remaining package without refund.
All payments made to Sriram Yoga are strictly non-refundable. No refund shall be granted on account of change of mind, relocation, medical condition, pregnancy, time constraints, personal commitments, trainer preference, partial utilization of sessions, or dissatisfaction where services have been provided in accordance with these Terms.
Failure to attend scheduled sessions shall not entitle the Client to any refund. Refunds, if any, shall be made solely at the absolute discretion of Sriram Yoga in exceptional circumstances and shall not constitute a precedent. Payment gateway charges, taxes, bank charges, and processing fees shall remain non-refundable.
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to suspend or terminate services immediately where the Client conceals medical information, behaves abusively or inappropriately, threatens the trainer or staff, repeatedly violates these Terms & Conditions, maintains an unsafe practice environment, continued participation is considered medically unsafe, or outstanding payments remain unpaid. Termination under this clause shall not entitle the Client to any refund.
Sriram Yoga shall not be liable for any delay, interruption, postponement, or inability to perform services arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fire, pandemic or epidemic, government restrictions, civil unrest, war, power outages, internet failure, transportation disruptions, trainer illness or medical emergency, or any other unforeseen event beyond reasonable control. During such circumstances, Sriram Yoga may reschedule, postpone, modify, or suspend services without incurring liability.
Discounts, promotional offers, referral benefits, or complimentary sessions shall be subject to the specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted by Sriram Yoga. Sriram Yoga reserves the right to modify or withdraw any promotional offer without prior notice for future bookings.
The Client acknowledges that participation in yoga, stretching, breathing exercises, meditation, relaxation techniques, and wellness activities involves inherent risks that cannot be completely eliminated despite appropriate instruction and reasonable care. Such risks may include, without limitation, muscle soreness, muscle strain, ligament sprain, joint injury, fatigue, dizziness, loss of balance, falls, aggravation of pre-existing medical conditions, pregnancy-related complications, and other unforeseen physical or medical events. The Client voluntarily elects to participate in the Services with full knowledge and acceptance of these inherent risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client voluntarily releases, waives, and discharges Sriram Yoga, its proprietor, employees, trainers, consultants, representatives, successors, and affiliates from claims arising out of participation in the Services, except where liability results from proven gross negligence or willful misconduct. This release includes claims relating to bodily injury, property damage, or financial loss connected with participation in the Services. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Sriram Yoga, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by the Client for the specific package or service that is the subject of the claim. Under no circumstances shall Sriram Yoga be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of income, loss of opportunity, emotional distress, or any other consequential losses, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Where liability is established by a court of competent jurisdiction, the maximum aggregate liability of Sriram Yoga shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the Client for the specific package or service giving rise to the claim, except where a greater liability is required by law.
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Sriram Yoga, its proprietor, trainers, employees, representatives, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, losses, costs, expenses, or legal proceedings arising from false or incomplete medical disclosure, failure to follow trainer instructions, practice beyond personal limits, unsafe conditions at the Client's premises, breach of these Terms & Conditions, or misuse of Services by the Client. This clause shall operate to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Sriram Yoga shall take reasonable measures to protect the confidentiality of personal information shared by the Client. Client information shall be used only for purposes reasonably connected with providing the Services, maintaining records, scheduling, billing, legal compliance, or improving customer support. Sriram Yoga may disclose information where required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
While reasonable safeguards are used, no method of electronic communication or storage is completely secure, and Sriram Yoga cannot guarantee absolute data security.
Photographs, videos, testimonials, or recordings of the Client shall used for promotional or marketing purposes without the Client's prior consent. The Client shall not record sessions involving the trainer for commercial purposes without prior written permission from Sriram Yoga.
All training materials, yoga sequences, written content, videos, logos, trademarks, branding, graphics, website content, and educational material developed or provided by Sriram Yoga remain the exclusive intellectual property of Sriram Yoga unless otherwise stated. Clients shall not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit such material without prior written permission.
The Client acknowledges that acceptance of these Terms & Conditions may occur by booking a session, making payment, clicking "I Agree" on the website, accepting through WhatsApp, email, SMS, or any digital communication, or attending or continuing with any session. Such acceptance shall constitute valid acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Sriram Yoga regarding the Services and supersede all prior discussions, communications, proposals, or understandings relating to the same subject matter.
Sriram Yoga reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated Terms shall apply prospectively from the date they are published on the official website or otherwise communicated to Clients. Continued use of the Services after such publication or communication shall constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through good-faith discussions. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law before the courts having jurisdiction over the registered office or principal place of business of Sriram Yoga, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Participation in yoga and wellness activities is voluntary. The Services provided by Sriram Yoga are intended solely to support general wellness, flexibility, mobility, relaxation, fitness, mindfulness, and healthy lifestyle practices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Clients are responsible for consulting an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before beginning any exercise or yoga program, particularly if they are pregnant, recovering from childbirth or surgery, living with a medical condition, taking medication that affects physical activity, or have any concerns about their ability to participate safely.
For prenatal and postnatal Clients, participation should be based on the advice of the treating obstetrician or healthcare provider. The Client agrees to promptly inform the instructor of any change in medical condition and to discontinue participation if advised by a medical professional or if unusual symptoms occur.
Individual responses to yoga vary. Sriram Yoga does not guarantee specific outcomes, including but not limited to weight loss, pain relief, increased flexibility, fertility, conception, uncomplicated pregnancy, vaginal delivery, avoidance of Caesarean section, disease reversal, or recovery from any medical condition.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
By booking, purchasing, paying for, enrolling in, or attending any service provided by Sriram Yoga, the Client confirms that they have carefully read these Terms & Conditions, have had the opportunity to ask questions before participating, understand their rights and responsibilities, agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions, and voluntarily accept them as the basis of their use of the Services.
