Refund Policy

At Sriram Yoga, we provide personalized yoga services by assigning dedicated trainers and reserving session slots in advance. By booking a trial session or purchasing any package, you agree to the following refund policy.

1. Trial Session

• The trial session fee is ₹500.
• The trial session fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether you choose to continue with a package.
• A trial session can be rescheduled only if you inform us at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, subject to trainer availability.

2. Package Fees

• All package payments are final.
• Once a package is purchased, no refund will be provided for any reason, including change of mind, relocation, lack of time, scheduling conflicts, dissatisfaction after classes have started, or personal circumstances.
• Package fees cannot be transferred to another person unless Sriram Yoga provides written approval.

3. Session Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Sessions may be rescheduled only if at least 12 hours' prior notice is given.
• Requests made with less than 12 hours' notice may result in the session being treated as completed.
• Repeated last-minute cancellations or unavailability may lead to the loss of missed sessions.

4. Trainer Changes

• Sriram Yoga reserves the right to replace the assigned trainer due to illness, leave, relocation, or operational requirements.
• Such changes do not qualify for a refund.

5. Medical Conditions

• Clients are responsible for informing Sriram Yoga about any medical conditions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or health concerns before starting classes.
• No refund will be provided if a client is unable to continue due to a pre-existing or newly developed medical condition.

6. Client Responsibility

• Clients must ensure they have sufficient space, a stable internet connection (for online sessions), and any basic yoga equipment required.
• Refunds will not be provided for sessions affected by the client's internet, power failure, absence, or personal technical issues.

7. Force Majeure

Sriram Yoga shall not be liable for delays or cancellations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, epidemics, or other emergencies. In such cases, sessions may be rescheduled where feasible.

8. Right to Refuse Service

Sriram Yoga reserves the right to discontinue services without a refund in cases of abusive, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward trainers or staff.

9. Payment Disputes

Clients agree to contact Sriram Yoga directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with their payment provider.

10. Policy Changes

Sriram Yoga reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. The updated policy will be published on our website and will apply to future bookings.

11. Governing Law

This Refund Policy shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where Sriram Yoga operates.
